About the Study
The purpose of this trial is to investigate BI 706321 in subjects with Crohn’s disease. The investigational trial drug is being developed to see if it can improve the symptoms of Crohn’s
when taken with ustekinumab. The study drug has been given to healthy adults in other studies and has been generally well tolerated by those participants.
What will the study involve?
The study will involve regular visits about 16 times. Be randomly assigned to a “study medication”. You will have an equal chance of receiving either investigational medication or a placebo. The placebo looks the same as the investigational medication but contains no active ingredients. Neither you nor the study doctor will know which study medication you are receiving.
Who can Participate?
Participants must be male or female from 18 to 75 years old with a diagnosis of CD for at least 3months prior to Visit 1, as confirmed at any time in the past by endoscopy and/or radiology and supported by histology.

The study is being conducted at our site in Palmetto Medical Plaza.
