About this study:
This study is being done to determine if an investigational drug, ALPN-101 (acazicolcept), is safe and helpful in treating lupus when used in combination with standard lupus medications you may already be using.

Who can participate?
Participants must be between 18 to 70 years of age with a diagnosis of Lupus for at least 6 months with moderate to severe symptoms of Erythematosus (SLE) and are on stable doses of medications to treat lupus.There are other criteria that you will need to meet in order to qualify, which the study team will discuss with you.
